2. How do we collect and use personal data?

We collect personal data during contact, such as phone calls, orders, via email, at meetings, via our contact form on our website, etc.

Your information is also used to contact you regarding delivery, orders, price notifications and offers related to your business. It is also used to communicate and respond to inquiries received by our customer service via telephone or digital channels, and to investigate possible complaints.

Execution of purchase/order
Your personal data is used to deliver the ordered/purchased product (including notification and contact regarding delivery). In cases where delivery is made by a third party, we also forward your contact details to the third party so that they can contact you (e.g. transport companies).

We also use personal data to create, develop, operate, deliver and improve our products and services, content and marketing.

In order to deliver goods and services to you, we share information with our subcontractors (carriers) and producers. Some of our subcontractors and producers may have parts of their operations in third countries, i.e. countries outside Sweden or the EU/EEA. If, in order to provide the service/product to you, we transfer personal data to a supplier in a third country, we take appropriate protective measures and ensure that the information is handled in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR by, among other things, entering into the European Commission's standard contract for the protection of personal data with our subcontractors and producers.
